Collected mine last evening at Regents Street. Was quite surprised the queue was still quite immense, then again it was Friday. Took a bit over 1 hour and a half to get it, I must have been in at least 50 photos, people loves taking photos of queues.
Moving from Samsung Note 2 to iPhone 6, I'm happy. The iPhone 6 is the perfect size for me, one thing that surprised me was using my sisters iPhone 5 (running ios7) for a speed comparison quite a few apps opens faster on the 5 than the 6.
Would have thought the 6 will blitz it for things like that.

I actually noticed this too. Side by side, my 5 and the 6 Plus, the 5 was definitely snappier with iOS 8. Strange.
Maybe apple have not yet unlocked the full power of the A8 chip

Sort of... I had a bit of a nightmare yesterday. Missed a delivery at 12:20 yesterday by 10 minutes and then another attempt at 2:40 (didn't expect them to try again the same day). Thought all was lost and to have to pick up next week sometime but had a text from my flat mate to say UPS had been today!!!! So they do seem to be doing Saturday deliveries (despite the failed delivery card saying Monday)

My 6 arrived this morning it was still sitting at Stanstead airport at 5.10 this morning really surprised whebn it arrived a few hours ago as a Apple were quoting my delivery between 26th Sept & 2nd October

Yes! Woke up this morning, checked my SMS and it said it had been delivered. Before I got out of bed, I rechecked the Apple Store app and it was still saying dispatched and will be delivered by UPS on Tuesday.
Got out of bed, went down the stairs and there was the lovely little brown box!
This was literally 5 minutes ago and it's still sitting here on my desk. Time to make a cup of tea and get some biscuits first before I unbox this beauty.

Have there been any widely reported manufacturing faults with the 6 or 6+?
Usually with a new product (from any company) there are problems, like the yellow screen blotches on the iPhone 4, or problems with the anodized coating on the iPhone 5, etc.
So far I've not noticed any reports of problems, which is unusual!

How dare their Quality Control be up to standard!
It's brilliant really!
Seen a few reports of dead pixels but that's it.

Loving my 6 had it side by side and the screen sharpness is the same as my 5C the icons and text are the same while not in zoomed mode
Got a couple of i-Blazon 1.8 meter certified lightning cables coming, remember go for certified cables chaps if you need longer then the apple ones the cheap ones can get rejected by the phone or even blow your sleep wake chip.
