As a JB 3G owner the only plus in that lot was MMS for me. The rest I either have already or just won't require. Spotlight is a great idea that I'm quite pleased about. Not sure if i'll use it that much though.
copy paste will be worth the £10 you will pay tbh. the amount of times ive been doing things and ive needed information from on app to another is insane.
I know they don't have much choice, but Touch users will be missing out on a lot more than iPhone users. They could have at least reduced the update price!
Q: Josh Quittner, Time: Why did it take so long so get Cut and Paste into the iPhone?
A: There’s a user interface you need to design, security issues, and “there’s a lot of pieces you need to worry about instead of getting something that doesn’t work right.”
Engadget said it best (for some of the annoucements): "Applause. Applause for a feature that every other device in the world has. Odd."
This update is making the iPhone look really, really tempting. Stereo bluetooth + Apple bluetooth headphones (I haven't seen any that look remotely good) i'd actually use would be AWESOME! Now all it needs is a decent camera + flash and i'm sold!
so why is MMS not coming to the V1, I have a V1 at present but getting the 3g for work phone in 2 weeks so im not that miffed. Giving the V1 to the missus, she will be, she uses MMS quite a lot currently.
