iPhone protective cover ?

Decided to get the Switcheasy rebel serpent case for my new iPhone. Just hoping it arrives tomorrow!

I was referring more to which of the numerous cases/covers/screen protectors you can get for the bugger :p

Actually got a list from this thread and now looking at what they all do. Was just gonna get a hard case/cover for the back to protect that but still makes it pocketable and then a Martin Fields screen protector.

Im thinking of getting the FullBodyFilms Screen Protector (rave review on iLounge) if the Martin Fields screen protectors for iPhone arent as good (anyone got one?) - still looking up cases as unsure if I want the bulk or problems connecting devices to it...

Did you get this and did you like it??

Got any pictures??

Thanks

Arrived in the post on Monday. The rubbery/silicone part of the case wasn't quite what I was expecting. It's a little more rigid and feels a lot nicer then a number of the rubber/silicone cases I've seen previously.

The patterned hard spine has a nice feel to it and overall I'm glad I went for this case :)

I'll see about getting some pictures up in the next day or two.

Im still waiting for my CapsuleNeo case to arrive :o. May change my order...

Got a decent screen protector though - the PS Anti-Glare - absolutely awesome and I got them to install it in-store for me :). Not 100% aligned but not one bubble from the start...

And you get these from??

Sorry for all the questions... I like to look after my stuff so protection is paramount lol ;)

The protector from the same place that makes the iPhone - spent a lot of time researching this...

Just google for the Switcheasy CapsuleNeo and the first uk link is where I got it from - a well know offshore etailor...

got my self Zagg invisible shield earlier this week and my god it was an absolute ***** to fit! If you don't have patience just don't bother lol

So far i'm liking it, slightly different texture to the actual iPhone case but sensativity of the screen still feels the same and it jsut feels a bit more grippier in my hand. Also the fact that finger prints just dont show up on it anymore is a nice thing :)

Mine is naked

Is it really worth the cost of having a case? Only reason I see is for resale value.. but then I'd rather have the phone in my pocket and not worry about it. I've tried cases and they either don't fit in trouser pockets or they add pointless bulk.

Be interested to hear from the people who swear by them..

To be honest in my own personal experience the phone is likely to break before you sell it so you can just take it in and get it swapped ;)

Do people think it's worth having say an invisible shield (I still want to see the iPhone's features rather than covering it up totally) even if I'm getting it insured?

I'm tempted to get a white one and just leave it naked, but I really am terrible at dropping my phone. I spose if it's insured I'll be fine and the invisible shield wouldn't protect it that much anyway. Looks like I've answered my own question :p

I was looking at the SwichEasy Rebel Black/Serpent before looking at this thread. Will most likely still go for it (would be nice to see some pics Snow-Munki;)).
(i am getting ahead of myself here though, as I don't have my iphone 3GS yet...waiting for the 16Gb black to get back in stock)

I ordered a SwitchEasy Capsule Rebel Case black last night for £14.99 free delivery :)

Should be here sometime this week all being well...
