I remember seeing him catching me quite a few times but kept making mistakes, think he was trying to drive the car too quickly in the race.

After knocking two seconds off my laptime I went back into useless mode and dropped -0.14 off my SR rating in one race. ARGHHHH

Was running a good race at Lime Rock yesterday, in 4th battling with 3rd with just three laps to go.

That was until 5th place from around 6 cars behind made no effort to brake into the first corner and totaled both of us.

Made my return today in the MX5 after a couple of weeks off. Luckily it was Summit Point, my favourite track and the race went pretty uneventful with only 2xs. Slight problem though, when I was placed on the grid my steering wheel was turning to the right. I pressed esc and went back. It solved the pulling but the wheel still seemed too light.

My wheel constantly pulls either left or right when on the grid, pits or anywhere stopped.. Any ideas on a fix?

is that when holding the wheel or just the wheel spins?

I've had it spin when just in the pits, but I'm putting that doiwn to the minimum FFB from the wheel, like it's saying there should be a bit of feedback but my hands aren't on to counter it so it essentially a self induced turn xD

If you're talking about rookie ovals, I found it the hardest licence to get out of. You're better off doing time trials. It just takes so long to do as the SR gains are so small and it's boring.

I used to race it till the GT3 killed its participation. It's a great car with some great drivers in it.

Yea I guess grinding time trial is the way to go, however its not for me. I enjoy oval racing more than I though, problem is like I keep saying either some idiot takes me out. Or some idiot takes someone else out and they end up collecting me!

I dunno if im done with this game. Ive lost over 1 point of my SR because of retards spinning out and hitting me! I managed 4x in one go on Laguna Seca in the Mazda because someone spun out and I hit them!! Its totally irritating!

Yes I have. I fixed it by buying a new graphics card I'm afraid

I was running 2 570s in SLI. I tried disabling SLI which did help for a bit but I still had problems.

There are a few threads about it on iRacing, some claimed to resolve the problem but I never had a consistent results with it. Lots of people with the problem had a 500 series card.

Your racing mainly with pondlife its to be expected. If for any reason I fancy destroying my SR and IR I do a few races in the Mazda Cup

I raced it for the first time in ages just a few nights ago. I class myself as a clean driver.

Within 3 laps 3 4x's a backend that looked like a elephant had mated with it. But my front end was as good as the day it left the factory.

Grand Touring Cup if you want to race MX5 you still get the odd idiot from time to time, who thinks its his god given right to take your part of the race track. But hey that's sim racing.

GT3 tonight I had a 30 minute battle with 3 cars as we all battled for 3rd, 4th, 5th place at Suzuka. We over took and went side by side into R130 the S's and Dunlop numerous times. The hairpins and T1-3 multiple times. Not a single bit of contact. Just half an hour of heart pounding racing.

Its rare your ever get that in the Mazda Cup even the top split can be full of clowns. Drive a proper series.
