I'm in the MX5 too at the moment, started as a result of the original post, and enjoying it, but not that quick at the moment. Managed to get to Class D, nowhere near these guys with their Radicals!;)

I'm slightly faster than you round Lime Rock, but look me up if you want a race - Ian Baker.
 
radical is only c class Mate so only the next class up, I only joined Iracing as a result of the original post with the 3 for 1,so I've only been on it a month or so...
 
Wheres the best place to try and pickup a second hand wheel, ebay is slim pickings, same story for these boards. Id be happy with a broken g25 to be honest as ill break it down for the bits i need for mine, as its unlikely to be the same parts broken.
 
tough first race at mosport in the radical, lost it 3 times at moss, used way way too much fuel aswell, 10g is plenty i use 13.1 lol...

still came 4th tho...
 
Just done my first race in the Radical, very scruffy but not a bad result overall, 5th. Did find my wheel was doing some 'double-shifts' on the paddles, which is something I've read about on the G2x series before. Up isn't too bad but accidentally shifting to 1st for Moss is interesting to say the least :p

No way I could make a race distance on 10 gallons, think I used 11.<something> so I'd need 12 minimum, I used 13.1 and will probably stay there for the week, doubt the extra gallon makes any difference :)

really??? im going to roll with 11 for safety, i used 13.1 last race and i had like 15/6 laps of fuel left, most im my split said the same at the end of the race when we were chatting...

yeah my race was untidy aswell but think most were finding there feet, it was mainly euro drivers in the split so im guessing they all hadn't raced yet...

my g27 did that to me the other day on a upshift coming out of moss...

i tried to find such a button but had no luck.

ive got loads of content now most of the road stuff...

how you getting on with triple screens mucker???
 
Loving it, no going back to a single screen, the immersion is just soo much fun. Plus, as you said before, it makes your desk look like mission control :)

Trying to get the game to output to the 3 screens natively without going through eyefinity but having no luck. Apparently, gives a slight increase in performance, apparently.

Next stop,

3 projectors onto the wall ;)

Regarding the content, I may as well pick up the road content while the offer is on, wanted Silverstone and Brands Hatch anyway. Oval racing does not interest me yet but am somehow getting drawn to it since having the 3 screens. With one screen on the ovals, it all got a little too hairy.

my wheel stand pro came today, proper impressed with it its so stable, can proper throw it around now, i couldnt have my monitors close together at all with the wheel mounted to the desk the ffb was wobbling them way too much and banging them together, plus im glad to be abit further away from them easier to focus...also it folds away now even with it all mounted...

Been interested in the WSP for a long time, and the Fannatec RennSport Wheel Stand.

In my opinion, I want a little more so me and a friend have been talking about making our own. He is very good in the design area so ultimately, we should be able to make a few prototypes and take it from there.

One of my main goals is decent cable management, this is where pretty much all stands could do better in my opinion. I will say no more ;)
 
i wanted a playseat but aint got the room for it were my pc is, so wheel stand pro was my best option, i need to move the wheel down stairs to use on my ps3 aswell
 
no problem..

least i can do for you getting me into iracing...saying that i dunno if thats a good or bad thing with the amount of money ive spent...
