Is Amazon delivery getting worse?

Tonight I've got the infinite delivery window. Gets missed. Gets moved back 30 mins. Repeat. Kinda wrecking my evening, I wanted to do stuff.

Amazon is fine for us. Almost always delivered on time but they just dump it all outside the door and knock as they run away. Don't think we have had anything nicked yet though.

Are amazon just not cheap anymore?
I'm finding that any stuff under 25 is not only cheaper on ebay but you don't get free delivery under 25.

I used to save up items until I got over 25. But last year I just don't find amazon competitive.

Anyone else using Amazon less. (much less for me)

I tend to use it when I need something very quickly, otherwise I'll check elsewhere.
