Is blackops worth it??

Black ops is good. Campaign is fun, albeit linear. MP is very fun. Ignore the people in this thread. MoH is ****ing ****e.

IF you answered yes to the above question, then, this game is for you.

To me, the COD games are like a summer block buster movie. I feel like my hand is being held through the experience.

I disagree.

It may not have the depth of BC2 but, for an all round action FPS shooter, I have played nothing better.

Myself and a few veteran BF series gamers have picked this up and since I got it, BC2 now seems boring to me. Admittedly there are less tactics involved, but for a pure action game it is amazing.
 
Yes I think it is worth it pretty crappy on line right now but personally I think it has huge potential. just time for the bugs to be ironed out and it will be a good one ...

Exactly what i'm thinking. Been playing it for a good few days straight and it's running flawless after the patch. Definitely got potential once they've fixed a few things minor.
 
Hard to say right now... the SP is a bit mediocre at best. The MP right now is a stuttering mess for 99/100 players, but it would be quite good with some fairly simple fixes... fingers crossed.
 
I'm really enjoying it, despite the the gameplay feeling slightly odd. I find the Wager matches a breath of fresh air in the FPS game, really does get your adrenaline up a bit.
 
I wish people would stop judging the game based on the pre-patched version. It's running absolutely fine for me now.
 
Yes.

Getting in a US gun boat on the yang see river, with your AI helper turning on the radio full blast with the rolling stones being played, while you shoot up some gooks is awesome fun. Cliché as hell but awesome none the less :)
