Is G2A reliable?

Little update on mine, been waiting 2 month for a refund or a new key for guild wars 2 now. Still not resolved and you cant seen to get past the online help. And when you ask if they can speak to someone who handles the complaints you are told they cant do that.

Looks like i have lost that £22 lol

I wont be using them again. Even if it does save me £10 to £20 i would rather pay full price and make sure i get the actual game.
 
uSELESS UTTER crap COMPANY THEY HAVE ****** ME SOMETHING CHRONIC.

Ordered a key from there eBay listing, went to receive order, then it got cancelled needs telephone security to confirm, no one calls me so i go on live chat to get it sorted, they can't sort it, got auto cancelled by the system.

There is nothing wrong with my ebay/paypal account, all up to date etc, I demanded my money back and now they are saying 24-48 hours! this has HAPPENED TWICE.

Never again will I use this pathetic useless utter no good company AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
 
did you put your phone number in right? use a land line.

It's probably automated these days but I remember the first time I ordered from them years ago had some chinese sounding woman phone me on a really bad connection lol.

she spoke good english though
 
I've also heard this can happen if your email address associated with PP is different to the email address you use on their site.
 
Everything was fine, my email is the same for both eBay and PayPal, and they are linked, mobile number is the same for both as well, I don't have a landline.

Got my refund now so sod it, I won't be using them again, customer service who emailed me couldn't spell properly and used awful grammar!
 
Bunch of clowns sold me a used key. Contacted Support and they only got back to me 5 weeks after asking me for screenshots LOL

Little do they know that I already got my refund through Paypal dispute like a week after I purchased that used key

you need to put mobiles in the international format I think its +44 at the start for the uk
 
I did.

There response was "our security system denied the transaction" we do not have anymore info on this.

Too scared of fraud obviously, why offer something for sale instantly, if they can't use a system properly and it auto cancels your order...

Yup had to resort to PayPal too. They are terrible
 
Well I've just received my batman arkham knight key off them so I'm pleased didn't expect to get it this early activated fine on steam just got wait until the game is released so I can start the download
 
Be careful buying through resellers on there, I bought a key for cities XL from a seller with a couple of hundred positive feedback, I activated it on steam and left good feedback but a week later I got a message on steam telling me that the credit card used to buy the key was fraudulent so they removed the game from my account,

I've never had a problem before this though
 
Bought a few cheaper items off them and had no issues, tend to find kinguin is cheaper on some items these days.

This is exactly another reason they shouldn't be used either! awful customer service, can't spell and use correct grammar, don't process orders properly and instantly cancel because they couldn't verify me, yet everything was up to date, they are scared of fraud etc.. yet they allow you to sell keys on there which can be obtained fraudulently elsewhere via stolen credit cards etc.

Criminals paradise.
