Is G2A reliable?

I bought the "5 games for £0.97-ish" bundle and everygame was obscure and I haven't bothered playing any of them.
Otherwise, I bought a copy of Portal 2 for a friend of mine and apparently everything worked.

Avoid forever not only are they now unreliable selling keys out of region you also have to pay 20% VAT if you live in the UK along with the g2a shield fee it becomes close to the steam sale price

cant you just select 0 vat? pretty sure thats what I do
Sure you can if your dishonest & or not bothered about the transaction being invalid even though the money will leave your account how will you dispute the transaction if the key is invalid but you evaded the VAT

The reason they include the VAT option is because some tax official is obviously sniffing around their dodgy business model......... (probably shifting money into different business accounts to avoid VAT & or corporation tax).

edit;Sorry, cat on keyboard.

Used G2A a couple of times and has been fine but the games have always come through gifted from an individual.

Don't know if this has been posted but thought it worth it for those that havent seen

It was, there was a thread about it some time back.

I still stand with the Indie developer should have had fraud protection. If G2A never existed, the keys would have been sold through eBay or another site...
