Is HP Microserver Gen10 a suitable ESXi host for these requirements?

I want to consolidate a couple of my home servers into an ESXi (free edition) host. I've been looking at an HP Microserver Gen10 as I already have a Gen8 and I really like the form factor (I'm looking for something with a lot of drive bays which can easily be moved up and down to my attic, which is where it will live).
The guest OS's and applications that I want to run are:
  • Windows Server or maybe Windows10 - Blue Iris IP camera monitoring (12 cameras) - Web server (low traffic)
  • Lubuntu - Logitech Media Server - Home Assistant (home automation server) - File server - Mediawiki server (low traffic)
  • Development VMs - Ad hoc Linux/Windows VMs for development/testing purposes (only one running at any one time)
The above will be for home (non-commercial) use, and I'm looking for something quiet and with good power efficiency.
Could anyone advise on whether the Microserver Gen10 would be a good solution for me, and if so what processor should I choose?
