As an aside, in work a colleague was amending a policy recently, a young provisional driver had recently passed his test so the policy was simply being changed from provisional licence x yrs to full uk licence 1 month. The additional amount was £4k something, my colleague was so sure they would object he didn't even bother adding the amendment charge on top when advising what the cost was, but the customer paid the ap on a card without question!
