Is it wrong not to like clubbing?

That is obviously not everything, It's suprising you had to ask.

I was not been serious, just he seemed to think so asking if I liked anything, all I have said is I dont like dancing and clubs...

You need to get a grip. It's not "right" or "wrong": just do what you want. If you don't feel like going clubbing, don't. Find some friends somewhere else, join a club or a society or something.

I joined a cycle club, just they aint the type of people you would hang around with outside of cycling as they are usually a lot older than me, seems not many people my age likes cycling.

How old are you exactly may I ask? I'm 22, and enjoy cycling, just my knee doesn't agree with it sometimes.

Would your college/uni have cycling club? If it did, get involved in that. Or try some new stuff!

The cycling club I'm in is full of decent enough young people.

Isn't cycling for when you cant get a driving license or in later life when the excercise could do you good, hence not many 17-35 year olds :p

No Fox, it's not lol.

I dont think Manchester College of Arts and Tech have a Cycling club, I've contacted someone at Manchester Uni though about cycling. I was going to go do some rides with Manchester Wheelers but on the day I did not as I knew it would do me no good as I was too tired litrally and I'm cycling back to York on friday if my GPS arrives.

No, its a hobby and I like it very much and want to start racing soon.

I've never been clubbing. I like all sorts of music so its not that. Basically the areas around where I live have a few clubs and you often pass them as there on the front street.

I'm not saying everyone does (so don't think I am) but most girls who go out often don't have many clothes on. It annoys me and this in turn is why I would prefer to do other things.

I would hate to be in the postition where I would feel uncomfortable and the fact I would have put myself in the situation. In Newcastle we are often known for not wearing coats.....basically ever, and town on a friday night is awful (basically belts for skirts). Not everyone is the same but if I saw someone dressed like a **** it would just annoy me (which I know it shouldn't as it's there choice) and I would feel like I needed to say something.
Therefore to be fair to myself and the other people, I would prefer to watch a movie with b/f, play computer, bowling with mates etc.

That's fair enough, I know what you mean though...Some clothing worn nowadays...may as well not be worn at all in some cases.

It all depends on the music.

If the music is good, I love it.

If it's what 90% of clubs play then it just grates and i'd rather be in the pub having a laugh.

I wouldnt say I'm a huge clubbing fan but with the right crowd I've had many enjoyable nights out at various clubs. I think its who you are with not where you go.

Ditto.

The exception being I avoid Croydon completely regardless of who I would be going with. :p

It's worse when you see younger people than yourself (I'm 21). I don't know if it's happening in other regions at the minute but the teenages in our area are wearing a lot of neon coloured clothing (well when I say a lot I mean a lot of people are wearing neon but are actually wearing little to nothing). Just makes me feel weird because to hear what they think about themselves aswel (makes me feel like I need to talk to them).

For example, went to Town with my boyfriend a little while ago. On the metro back there were 4 teenage girls dressed really badly and they were asking things such as - 'should I go on the pill 'cos all the lads were telling me to' and they were talking about clubs.

Like I say I know not everyone who goes to clubs dress like this but from experiences of just seeing some of the people who go out, I wouldn't be able to enjoy myself.

You seem to be very easily annoyed, you should try a more laid back approach, stop being so judgemental over people because of the clothes they wear and take it easy. If something feels good, do it, if it doesn't feel good then don't, but don't moan because other people enjoy it.

Presumably by Pill you mean morning after pill.

I hate pills in general especially 'clubbing' pills...stupid thing's.

Got into a conversation with a local at the pub I goto one night, and he was trying to tell me to take half an ecstasy pill as it would 'make my night that much better'...Now, I'm sorry, it may only be me....But if you need a pill, to enjoy the music, and make the night more fun...Why the hell are you even there!

Dear dear

Is there something wrong with me?

I dont like clubbing, does this make me a weird person? I'd rather go to a pub with friends and chill and drink and not go to a club and stand on a dance floor all night, I also dont like dancing.

Is it wrong?

It's wrong you should ask such a dumb ass question !

LOL sorry ! :p
