I would say an NSX is most certainly a supercar.Honda NSX are suprisingly cheap to service, but then again you fall into the is it/is it not a supercar.

I think they got faster as they got on.0-60 in 7.3 seconds though, seems disappointing

3 Litre V6, 270 BHP.
0-60mph in 5 seconds.
Ain't no supercar that's for sure.
Ultima GTR's are fantastic but very unreliable
Your right
My apologies, but you might want to get off the high horse Mr Reeve.
Seriously though who would do such a thing, it is only the later 911s that have this insane service schedule.
Ultima GTR's are fantastic but very unreliable which is surprising due to thei agricultural technology - 2 valve per cyl.
911 is a good choice but depending on how much you have to spend, can be expensive to maintain- we are currently £115 +vat per hour.
what are the requirements for being a supercar?
To my eyes, one of them is "being ludicrously expensive both to buy and to run" so whilst there may be such thing as an affordable high performance car there can be no such thing as an affordable supercar.

20k mile service on a 911? I don't know where you heard that tosh, old diesels were more frequent than that.
