Is this trespassing?

if thats who you would rather trust, then thats up to you but my point stands and the lady clearly did not trust OP

People in Adidas trackies are the most harmless people in society unless you're just an easily bullied pansy.

The professional criminals in the professional gear should be what people should be scared of mate. ;)

Yeah makes sense to ve wary of the competent thief scoping out a place face hidden with a motorbike to get away on over a Chav skulking around on a bmx

Yeah and we talking about chavs not travellers

Dont see why me saying i would rather have a guy in trackies scoping my pad out over a guy i couldn't see. really didnt need a page discussion over it.

icon do an interesting helmet divided up, the percentages on the helmet are the % that part of helmets suffer impacts in crashes

the chin bar is involved in about 35% of accidents, that's a pretty significant figure[/QUOTE]

Yes I know a little about that. But I was just saying that it doesn't make them "near pointless"

why would you drive to a caravan site randomly??

Well, reading between the lines in his OP, I don't believe that he was actually driving to the caravan park per se; sounds as if he didn't even know it was there.

I just like to look at stuff.

I have an uncle whom likes to trolley off down country roads and byways too. He's interested in anything and everything. Being country born and bred tho, he knows that if there's a sign saying 'private property' it's a no go area, and he would never breach that rule. I don't know of any caravan parks that aren't private property, personally, but I don't suppose everyone knows that.

Agreed. People in the countryside are very twitchy, loads of farms and stables getting done over these days.

Absolutely; and we all have to 'watch out for each other in the countryside...

Wouldn't be surprised if the op photo isn't all over Facebook warning people to watch out for someone casing places.

No wish to offend you, but I doubt that it would be all over Facebook. I do suspect tho that it might have been mentioned in one or two of the Farm and Village monthly news pamphlets in the surrounding area.

Motorbikes on bridleways are a big problem too.

Yes, almost as much a problem as horse riders; especially when they ride two abreast on a country lane. The horse riders, when doing so, are in fact breaking the highway code. Maddens me, but they get away with it because there's never a cop down a leafy lane to see them. Grrr...

none taken, just that the missus horsey lot are normally sharing photos of people captured on cctv looking shifty :)

The Guys picture will be sat on her tech savvy (owns a printer) PC ready to be printed and pinned to the local churches community board. OP risks the wrath of GAAAAWWWWWD!

Dodgy people in rural areas tend to be ****** rather than garden chavs is what I was getting at.

Yes but my original comment which sparked this helmet defence discussion was in response to:

OP, admit it, you wuz speccin'.

There really isn't too much to read into, just a personal opinion that i personally would rather be able to see the guys face and he look like a chav over wearing a helmet and biker gear.
