Is watching the whole of lost going to pay off for me?

I stopped watching Lost halfway through season 3 or 4 due to work commitments, never got around to getting back into it. I think I could see where it was heading?

Just out of curiosity, did they all die, they're in some sort of limbo?
Or they're all asleep in some futuristic lab playing out some sort of scenario?

Can't be any worse than that surely?

Some people died when they crashed into the Island and other people died as the story unfolded so at the end they were all dead

Very nice. The Shield is slightly lesser known, but a total gem. I would so love to be able to watch it again for the first time.

I recently watched it for the first time and it's one of my favourite shows ever.
