I hope this shows scorza we aren't just sat on our hands doing nothing. Unfortunately there is a 'war' going on (even if not officially) and attacks are going to happen against us and we are reciprocating. Though it's the sort of 'war' that rarely wins by military force.

I'm 100% behind the coalition armed forces who are fighting this war and their competence isn't doubted. However it's been over 2 years since the Islamic State took over Raqqa - that's too long, and like you say it isn't a war that can be won by military forces. We're nearly 15 years into this war and frankly we don't seem to be winning.

I wouldn't say we are losing either, it's just a bit of a stalemate.

Like with most terrorist ideologies they are defeated by political means, it's just these guys seem to have no interest in dialogue and the people who could be intermediaries, like the Saudis, are just as much up to their necks in it and not doing anything helpful

They should be wiped out of the face of the earth. Not ever in the history of humanity (9000 years now), such scum walked the face of the earth apart the early 20th century in Asia Minor, and Germany around the 40s.

But never on the cradle of civilization, which is the area down there.
