It is with sympathy - Jean-F

At first I believed he was just someone on the wind-up…. But then you see how long he was alive and think about the experiences he must have had, what a character.

I believe he drove a black cab? He may have mentioned that once before? ;)

RIP.

Every now and again I'd throw in a little eye roll when I'd seen he'd started going off down his story telling paths but he definitely added something different to the forum and by the sounds of it lived a long and interesting life.

RIP Jean-F

RIP Jean-F. Hope your fares are plentiful in your black cab in the sky.

Definitely a character! From what he told us though he had a very interesting life and I hope his passing was swift. He never mentioned any illness that I'm aware of so I'll take solace in that.

He was on my list to try and meet next time I was in London :(

Sad news, he had some great stories and will miss seeing his posts.

Am sure he will be missed by real life friends and family as well as in these forums.

RIP

I would imagine a family member probably logged onto his PC.

Bit shocked to hear especially after the other thread wondering where he had gotten to.

Very sad news.

It was very interesting interacting with him with his wealth of life experience.

I was always surprised that an older guy was good at using modern technology. He kept up with society to have his say.

RIP.

i wonder what bought him here in the first place? Can’t imagine an old geezer like him was into gaming.
