I don't think it really matters that Alonso threw his toys out in front of the bosses. It's not like they'll want to lose him and kick him out, or that other teams wouldn't queue up to snatch him. It's more likely that they'll feel they have to work harder towards developing a better car.
I think that depends on who makes the decisions. Left to the F1 team boss, sure, but I suspect Luca di Montezemolo is rather less willing to tolerate it. He's already publicly slapped down Alonso once. We'll see.
