Italian Grand Prix 2013, Monza - Race 12/19

Fitted longer gears?

No.

Same specification parts. Changing ratios would contravene parc ferme rules.

Have RBR said why they changed them? Replacement should only be for damaged items, are they concerned about the gears failing?

Ooh plenty of rain. The anti-vettel brigade have their wish, i just want an interesting race to watch under the table slyly at the family meal..:D

Not found anything. I can't see how they don't get a penalty or take the chance of a DNF. It seems to be under "if the FIA like us" part of the rule.

debating whether or not to chin the race off and go out on the bike... will wait and see what the rain situation is nearer the start.

Your allowed to replace damaged parts. If they changed them they must have been able to demonstrate they were damaged.

Stuck in Nawfuk with god awful 'broadband' trying to watch Sky Go.... Horrible experience...

Tried watching the BBC coverage yesterday. It's so awful that i'll put up with buffering every couple of minutes.

Tooned is fantastic today. :D Cheesy in the extreme. :D

Hello everyone!

What's the problem with Jenson, i've only just put the coverage on?

And I shall keep doing my best rain dance! :D

Great feature from the BBC but would prefer an hour long episode for those types of thing.

Drivers concerned about the conditions is good for us. Means there could be early pit stops if drivers have chosen the wrong tyre

Please please please can it rain, and please please please can The Finger not just romp off into the distance.

F1 is getting so bloody boring these days, and i'm slowly falling out of love with it, which I hate :(

Interesting comment from the chief steward.

Cars can cross the white lines, but when rejoining they need to do so safely and without gaining an advantage. If a car does it consistently, gaining time when it does, then it's breaking the rules.

Well, if it's that clear - what's with the lack of consistent punishment?
