Yesterday's Q3 farce robbed the paying public at the track and those paying to watch F1 live on the TV. I don't know if would help, but maybe change qualifying so drivers have to do say a run of three timed laps and take an average of the timed laps. At Monza, with the out- and in-lap, that would take ~7.5mins per run.
