Its Coming - Ahsoka

No ones watching because no one knows who asoka tan is :cry::cry::eek: We've reached peak copium with certain folks

Many of the staff at Empire magazine refer to all the animated star wars stuff as "The Bleh Bleh"

So yeah, I'm going to say a lot of people won't know who Asoka is

You said "no one knows" who she is, which ironically no one else has claimed.

I literally only knew her from 2(?) episodes of Mandalorian.

So that's 2 of you that fail to understand paraphrasing, good job. To be honest I think you in particular should watch both Clone Wars and Rebels. You might understand people's complaints with the modern disney+ SW shows better.

Hold up!! They are moving the goal posts

Even worse than they are letting on

1.2million in 6 Days for Ahsoka

Andor, (1.2) Obi-Wan's(2.4) and Mando season 3 (1.7) figures were taken over 4 days

Watched the first couple of episodes.
It's ok but not really drawing me in. The lead character doesn't actually seem that interesting so grateful for the Mandolorian padawan. As has been mentioned we are definitely in the season of strong female character leads which I'm ok with but I hope they keep it balanced. The storyline seems a little generic so far but I'll give it a chance.

Why are the viewing figures amongst the "fans" so low though?

Clone Wars - "The most streamed show of 2020" so not just most streamed SW show, but the most streamed show on ALL of Disney+ AND with higher viewing figures than Stranger Things from Netflix - https://www.jedinews.com/film-music...lone-wars-becomes-most-streamed-show-of-2020/ - with around 3-4 MILLION viewers per episode is S1-2 and 1-2 MILLION in S3-4 - https://clonewars.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_The_Clone_Wars

Rebels - "roughly 22 million people watched at least six minutes of “Star Wars Rebels,” including 5.5 million kids 6-11, 3.2 million boys 6-11 and 7.6 million adults 18-49." - https://variety.com/2016/tv/news/ratings-disney-xd-star-wars-rebels-finale-1201757980/ & https://www.starwarsnewsnet.com/2016/04/star-wars-rebels-scores-excellent-ratings-for-disney-xd.html

So there's millions upon millions upon millions of Star Wars fans know who Ahsoka is so why has it failed to garner more than 1.2 viewers from these millions of Ahsoka fans created by Rebels and Clone Wars? I mean I can genuinely believe that "Mr & Mrs Normie" might not have any idea who she is, but what possibly could be the reason why those millions upon millions of "fans" who do know who she is still aren't watching this? Could it be the treatment of "fans" by Disney when valid complaints are made, the lack of quality in Disney products generally, the disastrous Ep8 & 9 films, the low quality steaming shows which break canon/lore, the poor treatment of existing characters etc - Who knows!

What I do know, to quote a really good film is that - you get what you ****ing deserve - and as hard as it is to watch a franchise I've loved for over 40 years being so heavily damaged by Disney, I think it needs to be broken now so someone else who actually cares can pick up the remains and start again.

What’s your complaint other than seeming not what many people watched it?

The show itself seems to be well received of that a few people on here who seemly can’t handle more than one female actor getting a part in the franchise at one time.

Didn’t Mando also air in the spring/fall?This is releasing in the summer is a huge disadvantage. There is a really good reason why traditional ‘block buster’ network shows never ever air in the summer… it’s always a quiet time for TV.

Yes 15mins less per day

“People spent more time watching TV during the fall and winter months and less during other times of the year. On average, they watched TV just shy of 3 hours per day (2 hours 54 minutes) in October through March of 2013–17, and a quarter of an hour less per day (2 hours 39 minutes) in April through September”

I love me some starwarsings but I have to admit - stop stabbing people with lightsabers and then they are fine

its was twice in Obi Wan and now again in Ashoka

someone at lucasfilm needs to enable dismemberment in the settings

Basically a milder form of plot armour so they can put characters in jeopardy, have them stabbed by sabers and have it be 50\50 if they survive or not.

So how is it Sabine and that other woman from Obi wan survived being impaled but not qui-gon?
There’s a heat setting on the hilt. Blast doors you turn it up to 5 and it melts metal.

Turn it to 1 and it lightly toasts flesh and organs golden brown.

Also I very much doubt that Lucas current writing room has actually seen the first 6 films.
