Not quite that simple on direct injection cars, the fuel systems operate in the 150-200bar region Vs 3-4 bar for port injection.A 5 cylinder engine? Or just upgrade half of the injectors on a V10?

Overall the V10 most likely also has a fuel system capable of less outright lower than the TTRS too as it produces less power per cylinder and naturally aspirated engines require less fuel to produce the same power
Its dead easy just add 5 more injectors
