It's not gay, it's a woman's penis!

Same here. I'm just going to stick to "I don't believe sex changes are real". If that is apparently transphonic, I don't really give a ****. I'm allowed my own beliefs just like they are.

These people are mental if they think they can convince a straight man that a trans women of any kind is a real women. They will never in a million years be attracted to them, basic instinct looks for the ability to reproduce, they can't reproduce.

100% in agreement, and it's funny that our view might become a hate crime and us being arrested over it someday. It's disgusting

When you were a kid and you used to say "stop being gay" when someone did something girly. I actually made that mistake in the office the other week. One guy had just got married to his partner and come out just recently. Office went completely quiet when I said it. It wasn't meant on purpose but it just came out as banter between two work friends. I was lucky not to get some form of conduct. God knows what I am going to do when the trans lady man does overtime in the summer. Do I call her/him darling or mate! Just trying to get the name right will be hard enough when you have been calling someone one name for years! If you make mistake there is a grievance going in and a phone call from HR for a conduct meeting...

You should hear our office. No one is ACTUALLY racist or anti-gay etc, but the banter goes over the line sometimes.

One guy got a complaint against him for having a ridiculous fake (and very offensive) argument in the corridor with a guy from Northern Island. They do it all the time but it's probably shocking to people who don't know them lol

It's quite simple really. Despite what the article says, it's not a crime. Quick write up of the circumstances, classify as non-crime hate incident, send to district commander for review and then file with no further action.

These sorts of complaints must plague police. Horrible to know people are even reporting it, however the police appear to be advertising hate crime more and more on social media. Legit twitter accounts.
