wishes I was back in Whistler :(
Me too, my friend. Me too. :(

No snow on the south coast today but a couple of inches north of the Downs. Meaning I left the house this morning wearing inappropriate footwear for the amount of grey slush I had to tramp through between the station and the office. Cold feet.

Yes not much of it in Sussex, although they forecasted there not to be much snow down here.

Oh gnoes we've had a few centimetres of snow in WINTER (who'd have thought that could happen  ) and our country's transport network predictably grinds to a halt. Pathetic.

Will all you southerners blow the clouds in a northerly direction please :p
I want some more snow dammit! We have had a little but i want millions!!!!

Still hardly any in derbyshire/staffordshire

about 3cm at best and is not really settling

so much for my area to be "severely hit"

No work for me today, try driving a mr2 turbo in this :D

Plus my village has steep hills which no one can get up, going down is even worse.

I'm suppose to be travelling tomorrow (2hour journey down motorway) Anyone know what the traffic situation is? Just wondering if I should cancel or not

Over five inches here and still snowing like crazy.

A couple of photos from our garden at work taken on my gf's phone - much better than mine since it'll actually send the damn things.

How we managed to win WW2 is beyond me. We seemed to have turned into a nation of spineless skivers. Anyone taking a day of work because of the snow I only have one thing to say:

GET BACK TO WORK YOU LAZY GITS!

There will be panic buying in the supermarkets next.

Balls. The slightly hilled lane we're on has turned into 100% ice.

Can't get to the park(lots of hills  ) with my sled as it's about 2hrs walk, but not so far by car :(

People have been advised not to go out unless 'absolutely necessary and to take warm clothes, protection and food'. And guns.

It's sad that people actually need advice on what to do in this weather.
