Lights flickering here at times too, and we're in Surrey! Not seen any lightning though!

For people around London, looks like it is going to get heavy around midnight, and carry on snowing throughout the night, more so for East of London, South on London and SW of London.

Friday night could see temps down to minus 5 around London, lower on the outskirts.

Snowing heavily here (Gillingham, Kent) with the added twist of thunder and lightening!

Just up from the road from me then.....though it was car headlights till i heard the rumble of thunder!!

For anyone living in East of London, Kent and Medway, the Met Office has just issued a Flash Warning valid between 2200 and 0100 tonight of very heavy snowfall for 3 hours with major disruption expected. Status has been upgraded from 'Be Prepared', to 'Take Action'.

Their warnings are normally overkill, but sounds cool anyway!
