Don't say that. I', telling myself its going to rain this afternoon then be glorious sunshine tomorrow to dry it all up and then sunday will be the same so i can get the bike out

The part of Glenrothes I'm in has a decent layer but underfoot its damn slipy with the ice.

Does anyone know, if this snow hits the pennines, and is like 10+inches, will it result in motorways like the M62 being closed?

It was snowing all day yesterday:

It was my 22 month old daughters first snow as we did not get any last year

Just got up and its clear blue skies but not much more snow than there was before.

Good to see that some other people made it in to work as well. Much better than West Berks council who apear to be a right bunch of lazy gits as there is only 4 cars outside! I love our local councils.

You'll be pleased to know my mum works for our local council and went to work this morning (well she got a lift but could have walked in in half an hour), my dad also went to work as well as my sister (one to Coventry on a 2 hour jaunt and the other a nearby town), luckily it's my day off!
