It's snowing

Had to walk home last night from the pub in a ruddy blizzard!!
Eased off a bit now.

It's been mental in Maidstone, stopped now but got a good 8-10 inches outside. I'm going anywhere today, my road is barely touched and no one has even bothered to try and turn the next left on my road yet!.

I reversed down our drive and my car just ground to a halt, I got out and it was just sitting on the snow. It's right up to the bumpers and I don't think I'll be moving it for a while :p
 
We got over 9 inches here and more is expected soon! I just measured it on the table in my garden.

That's probably the most snow I have ever seen in this area of the country.

I forgot pictures :( went in and made Tea then the girl phoned to say she would be late, so my lovely cheesy chicken and potatoe bake went in the bin :( so wasnt in the mood for taking pictures

On the way to work was fun.

2 lane entry and exit from the estate Q me coming in sideways covering all 4 lanes LOL. Didn't think you could get a fiesta that way.
 
Managed to drive in to work this morning. Was relatively easy once I got on the main roads. It was just getting out of the street that was the main task. Had it sideways on the black ice! lol

Good to see that some other people made it in to work as well. Much better than West Berks council who apear to be a right bunch of lazy gits as there is only 4 cars outside! I love our local councils.
 
come one people get out there and get creative with the snow, i've got a horrid cough so won't be venturing out today unfortunately :(

let's see who can build the best snowman, snowbuilding etc

and no google image searches you cheats :p
