Fair bit more snow here this evening. It thankfully held off until this afternoon which meant I was able to get to my interview. . . .

I got the job! :D

Fingers crossed I can get to work tomorrow, is meant to be bad tonight here.

Everyone stuck apart from one Audi with AWD who could go uphill but still was just locking when braking. Merc was just spinning his rear wheels. Those coming down just had their front wheels locked  (cadence braking anyone). Lots of abandoned cars with no sign of drivers.

Tempted to grab the 4x4 with Winter Tyres off the driveway just to drive past in smug mode :p.

Ughhh more snow! Really wasn't expecting it as I checked the forecast on the weekend and it said no snow :o

Panicked as I was leaving work... Was worried I'd get stuck because the snow was settling so fast

Ugh, blizzard conditions on the A3 south of the Hindhead tunnel. Train home got cancelled so had to walk home on slippery slush for 50 minutes. Not a good day, can't wait for a return to wet and windy weather at the weekend.

Aberdeen has missed most of the fun although started snowing now, could be a few cm if it lies so not too bad.

Out in the sticks it's about 2+ feet with head hight drifts :D
