I will admit I never made it in January. But thats beacuse it took me an hour to travel 2 miles, and I never even got out of shields. I have a car.

Nah, I tasted it, it doesn;t taste of burning.

I made it down to Wales last christmas and that's despite being stuck on the M77 for 6 hours when they closed it due to snow. Totally surreal experience, everyone was out of their cars and building snowmen on a 3 way motorway.

Oh and the M77 only had a few cars which had lost it and gone off, the top of the M6 had about 800 and the snow was worse on the Scottish side of the border.
