It's too hot :(

I thought it wasn't too bad this morning. There's at least a tiny bit of breeze, but I'm pretty uncomfortable now. I have a little USB desk fan blowing at me, but it's not really helping much. Tonight will be awful.
 
27 Celsius 54% humidity but cloudy in east Lancs. 25 Celsius in front room and 26.5 bedroom currently.
Amber heat warming flashes up for majority of uk including East Lancs for Sunday.

Doesn’t currently look forecast to be much hotter than today. Can’t say I’ve seen many amber heat warnings though.

Sunday into Monday 29-32 dependent on which weather App you use, Met office and Accu weather both pinged Alerts on my phone. Amber across most of the country up to Lancaster in the West and Hartlepool in the East.

GFS putting Monday 18th as an absolute oven - it has slightly backed off and slightly delayed the heat coming in around then but I think it will happen somewhat roughly around then though likely more the 36-37C in places than the 39s even 40+.

EDIT: BBC coming around to 17-18th being HOT judging by their numbers vs what we've had then up to maybe 36-37C in places and generally 30+ in the south looks feasible.

I bet there’s a couple of moans on the FB Spotted groups. I was up anyway. As the schools broke up Thursday/Friday.

Would love to see the moaners outside in the heat later on.
