Sitting at a toasty 28.7C in my home office right now.
I could go into the air conditioned office, but that would mean fighting the commuting traffic.![]()
I don't own a sofa eitherEverybody surely owns a bucket/pail or basin.
Is the weather set to cool down? I'm flying out to the UK tomorrow, and i'm coming from the v.hot climate of SW Florida.. so kinda looking forward to it being cooler than what I'm used too.. however everything here is air conditioned, and NOTHING over in Blighty is.. So at least we get to escape from it whereever we go..
In be in the London area for a few days, then head up to the midlands.
but the forecast is for it to be cloudy and cooler after that.
WOOHOO!
+1
Oh I'm going to do so many things... I could wash my car!![]()
A mop isn't much use without something to mop from![]()
lol I just pour disinfectant on the floor of the kitchen and bathroom and mop clean.
My grandad was in the navy. When my grandmother was ill I would pop round and do cleaning for them. I walked into the kitchen to find him with the mop and bucket, using the mop to wipe down the front of the over head cabinets. The man hadn't done any cleaning in decades since he'd been on the ships. And then there he is swabbing the kitchen like it's the HMS Belfast.
What are the temps going down to at night ? I don't care about it being hot during the day... its at night where its a pain.. (not in the UK hence asking)
