All the fridges/freezers were bust ina friends local Sainsbury. All empty

It's weird how 25 now feels so cold compared to the 37 we had earlier, yes it's a 12 degree drop but 25 is normally a good summers day temp

Its one of those things that my American friends are always surprised about when they come over here. Theres generally 4 things about British homes that always surprises them..

1) That most homes dont have aircon
2) That most homes only have 1 bathroom
3) That most homes come with hardly any "land"
4) That most homes dont have a basement.

The one which is usually the biggest one to surprise them is number 2.
