It's too hot :(

Dunno if it will be any different to what we had in the South West and Wales earlier - sporadic clusters of it but just as it seemed to be building just vanished.

Oh man, it's says 19degrees here in London, but it still feels way hotter than last night. The humidity is a killer after the shower we had earlier!

EDIT: Dark Sky says 24 degrees, BBC is way off, EDIT: BBC highlight the low number.....wtf....just show me the current number emphasised

What a difference three hours makes - I went outside at 7.00 and heat hit you - went back out at 9.30 and it's a perfect summer evening -Overcast sky -temp down to 24c - A slight breeze which is cool-not a sound -no birds -dogs- kids and thing we miss most is the bikes -
THere is a bikers cafe at Whitchurch and later in the evening we hear them on Prees bypass - but for some uknown reason we haven't heard a bike for over a week.
Everything was so still. - Came back in and it's like a sauna.

So just sat there drinking a glass of Brandy.

The lawn has took a pounding.
There is a field at back of summerhouse and bypass is way over the trees in background.
I do hope we get some rain.

~17C outside now. Been a wild day here - hit ~33.5C in the shade at one point, bursts of wind, rain, thunder, sun back out again, cool to muggy to cool, back to muggy and now cooling off again :s

2200 and I swear to god our house is heating up. All windows open and fans blasting. 30c and 40% humidity downstairs
10pm and it's 36c inside much cooler outside

Guess it's the walls retaining the heat

yeah, mine is the same. Managed to keep a steady 25 degrees indoors today until about 5pm when it started to creep up. Hit 32 upstairs. 29 down. Bit better now I’ve opened the windows but it’s still 29 outside so…

Come down to the coast as wouldn’t be able to sleep (31c in flat) and there’s loads of people here. Playing football on the beach and all sorts :D
