Jokes aside I still feel pretty warm today.
I think the house retains so much heat, even with all the windows etc open.
I reckon this evening/tomorrow will start to feel normal again.

Aye, crept back up to 27C in my home workspace. 24ish felt glorious earlier
31c inside now but a nice breeze with the windows open. Yesterday it hit 34.4c indoors which was too toasty for my liking.
Outside was strange, the first time in the UK i've ever experienced a gust of wind so warm it felt like a hair dryer on my face. The last time I experienced that was in Cairns in their summer.
My dad was on the way to West Sussex on Monday with broken aircon, 48c inside his car! ...then he hit a traffic accident so it took him 5 and a half hours. Luckily he had taken lots of water for the car

heat exhaustion and poor sleep does that
also stress from obsessive refreshes on weather report pages in my case

I felt completely knackered this morning after spending most of the night awake and sweating but weirdly managed to run a PB on one of my set jogging programmes a couple of hours later!

Temps are a little nicer today but still around 25 or so inside, don't like to use the AC too much even though I have it, will see if it creeps up more or hopefully settles down.
