It's too hot :(

Beautiful day here.
3 hours body boarding then beer and burger at the beach bar!

Horses for courses and all that, but 24ºC inside is appalling. 21ºC max, and even that is too warm to sleep comfortably in.
Im. Fine up to. 26c.

Then I have to poke a leg out the duvet to sleep.
During the day I'm happy up to upper 30s as long as it isn't humid

Supposed to be 21c today looked at the forecast they revised it to 26c yup thats more like it. Spent most of the afternoon outside in the shade its too hot to stay indoors quite a gusty wind blowing at times though anyone heading for the beach is going to get blown away

Perfect day for a pool party!

Only stress is keeping an eye on the kids.
Great idea, all I need is a pool!
32C here and want to die. Though its been too hot all week, today takes the biscuit.

My Dad has gone for a drive so he can have some air con, I wonder how many others have done the same? Don't tell the just stop oil lot lol.
Wondered why the roads were so busy...

The duvets been packed away for a week or more its far too hot for that its just about bearable as is

Its about 25 indoors atm, not that bad if I haven't got to do anything, got quite a bit of work that needs doing around the house so could do with it at about 20. At night is the worst time, fine if there is a bit of a breeze but when its the stifling no air type heat urgh cant stand it.

I tend to sweat a lot, took the dog out this morning about 8, came back looking like id been swimming. Need to shift a few stone see if that helps.

Best to knock those things out the way first thing. Cut the hedges and mowed the lawn before 10am yesterday and today.

Air is really muggy in a city with no wind and far from coast, although nights are reasonable still.

We have had 4 storms, which is really unusual for my part of the country, but within a few hours the freshness goes away.

With a few days since last rain, room temp is now 27.5C, getting closer and closer to that that 30C mark.

It needs to rain here it's so sticky and warm, a polzeath local told me they had an hour's rain last night but I got nothing
Up on my favourite spot (no one else climbs up here they go to pentire point) was very muggy, very flat sea so paddle boarding was the best option (but I don't have one)

Nice me time spot.

Temperature has dropped about a whopping 1C since the storm rolled through a couple of hours ago. I reckon it dropped a couple of cms of rain - haven't seen it lash down that hard in many years. Outside is a lot cooler now, about 21C compared to the 31C it peaked at this afternoon.

Can feel a slight breeze blowing through the house, so hopefully it can knock another 2-3C off before bedtime.

I did get a bead on in my gym I have to say but that's got no insulation at all but it does have a nice breeze.

Wow really you are so lucky to be able to be happy with anything 30+, are you talking UK though cause in the UK anything over 30 is usually pure humidity I would think, we had 40 last year I can only describe it as unbearably hot to the point of it seemed like the end of the world was near, like we'd be put in a desert, the whole air outside was so strange, I've experienced mid 40s in Oz and yeah it gets so hot during the day was nowhere near as awful as last year in the UK at just 40, the humidity was just of the scale.

At 26c at night there would be no way on earth I could ever think of sleeping under a duvet, I ditch the duvet at the start of summer and just use a thin sheet, even then I'm usually too hot.

Reason I like it is because I just take myself down the beach.
Last year when it hit 38 here i was on my kayak at the beach, sun was setting, someone was fire spinning, people were having bbqs.
It was amazing.

Had to go back to Lincolnshire last weekend and it was so humid. It wasn't nice. And it was only 32

I'm sure it wouldn't be eye same if I didn't live here in Wales now

Today's view. Wasn't too shabby and got to watch a cricket match, so all good. Hot as hell though, but at least there was a breeze. There'll be no breeze in the kitchen tomoz!
