Just had a decent show here, with the biggest bang of thunder I've ever heard for the finale.

We have just had a lighting strike. It looked like it ran right along the street. Fire Brigade are here. Smoke coming from a house down the road. Net has gone. Everyones car alarms are going off. Very impressive.

Update. There was no fire but smoke has filled the street. I've heard loud thunder but this was more. Basically an explosion. Shield has gone. Virgin box has popped.. Neighbors are complaining about sockets been fried.

Models showing it rainy and cool, with several probably quite muggy periods, almost out to the end of July with a hint of some drier heat towards the end of the month maybe. Yuck.
