It's too hot :(

Says in todays paper this will be the warmest winter for 160 years with unusually warm weather to least for 3 more months, doesn't look like we'll be getting a break for the warm weather then, one thing I've noticed is flies, still everywhere cause we've not had any cold nights yet to kill them off.

Good for the energy consumption.

Beatiful weekend, looking like there'll be a few showery days midweek then back to sunshine! Loving October so far.
RIP Scotland though...

No different from a summer day here in Polzeath today, lifeguards, bare flesh just better waves, so better than summer Vibe tbh, pretty busy though as a a lot of surfers for this long period swell
Edit Baby bay, Polzeath today, lush

Lovely! I went to 3 Cliffs.
Swam in sea, caught a few waves. No wetsuit either!

Was 25c! Unbelievable for what is basically mid October!

Beautiful weather today. Spent most of the day outside in the garden and managed to get slightly sun burnt.

Much better than spending an October weekend stuck inside, looking out at rain and feeling cold.

Never know when the next warm weekend is going to be last. Was surprised to come back from 26c in Croatia on Thursday to find 25c today!

4 years ago it was 20+ in January. I remember it well (as I went to the very same beach as today) . Although I usually mentally write off October till February sometimes.. You get A treat like this weekend!

It's all well and good looking forward to warm dry weather continuing but it could cause havoc with water supplies in some areas next Summer as the reservoirs don't get their Autumn/Winter top ups...

Who needs fresh water when you have sun sea!

.Rumer has it although not scientifically proven that looking forward to nice weather does not effect the weather and therefore an individual can do this without guilt, maybe I am wrong and if so and we have a water shortage I propose GD has a coordinated mass rain dance ;)

Bonkers warm today its so strange for october

Its so dry theres been no rain other than an odd shower for over a month now cut the grass yesterday had to wear a mask or choke to death on dust, mower was feeling it too conked out half way through pulled out air filter brushed out all the dust and there was a lot, one pull started up first time and sounding better than it has for a while

It’s freakishly warm. The air is warmer than in august. It doesn’t feel like it should be getting dark yet, it’s still so warm. Saves on heating though, looks like some colder more typical nights aren’t too far away.

Not sure I’ve ever had warm top down drives home from work this time of year.
