Quite stormy here this morning, black sky and windy.
It's warmer than I expected today.
Its probably the westerly wind bringing the rain.. It was hammering it down yesterday.
I believe the temps are supposed to drop sharp over the weekend. But skies look bright and clear.
Anything is better than the gloom/wind/rain

20.8C overnight, it's dropping...Can we swap houses?
Down to 18.1 here. It was 17.4 when I woke up this morning. Heating will make its first appearance this weekend I think!

A little warmer this morning but still single digits... Bedroom thermostat reports 16oC last night and it's the same tonight.
I thought it might be Nov before I put the heating on but it's meant to get even colder this week coming.

I put a load of insulation in the loft a while back, and it seems to have made quite a difference!

Still showing 21 degrees overnight in mine. Still have windows open and fan on to keep cool

Practically zero insulation in this building I'm in. 140 years old, 13ft ceilings, huge single glazed sash windows. I'll be hoping for a warm winter.

Kind of hoping it doesn't snow here as i don't want to drive my car in the snow
Used to love going out playing in the snow in the car when i had old cheap cars,
But now i have a car worth a lot more money i don't want it to get damaged.

Woah who left the freezer door open?! The warm mediterranean air has suddenly been replaced by an arctic blast like someone turned up the aircon too high and its blowing icy air everywhere
