i didn't go vegan for this reason but mine is history...........it may be the dairy free bit , the doc told me steroids will thin the skin or something , am i converting you ? put down that bacon butty edit more the cheese i suppose

Yeah too much use of steroids Isn't great.
I've cut right down, haven't actually used the ointment in months! But actually the sun helps mine.
 
Officially this heat wave is ending sometime tomorrow, so I translate that to sometime next week as the predictions for cold fronts tend to be overly optimistic.

For here is ending now. Won't be this hot for a while (ie as hot as it is as I type this now)

Getting really breezy. An glad won't get the humidity. As that is horrid

If I remember right you are in the west of the country?

Here is accuweather for me in the east. Really hoping its correct.

Checked outside just now, air is stale no movement at all. :(

Everyone had their “fun” in the sun yesterday, time for it to go away until next year. Horribly hot, absolutely hate it.

People pining after hot weather in the cities need to give their heads a wobble.
 
Downstairs is still 21.5ºC and 75% humidity with the windows open this morning. It's absolutely horrible - think the portable AC will be running today to try and freshen the air a little.
 
got upto 29c last night in room felt horrible while trying to sleep had fan on all night it helped abit but still felt like it was blowing hot air, thankfully this morning cloud cover and feeling much fresher still pretty warm though the air from the fan feels better now

It’s definitely too hot finally. Was 26.5c in my bedroom at about midnight last night. Windows open all night in bedroom and en-suite to get a cross-flow but it only got down to 24c at the coolest.

Slept about an hour or two at most.
 
Managed to get out this morning, walk the dog, mow the lawn, and a few other outdoors jobs as rain has now arrived.

It was gross this morning. The humidity was insane. That's all gone now the rain has moved in.
