I'm glad I got my split AC unit fitted on Weds for my home office. Hated sitting at my PC baking in the sun and in a pool of sweat.

Yeah its very humid today if the temperature hadn't lowered a bit I think it would be very uncomfortable indeed. 23c is fine

There comes a certain point where you think right, thats it I've had enough I don't care how much faff it is I want to get some sleep tonight

Today is a lot more temperate. Slightly overcast, so maybe a touch of rain later. It'll still be stifling at work I'd imagine, the joy.

Its got a bit cooler here in the mornings, but its nothing like what it was before the heatwave despite predictions saying it would fall back, since 3pm the temperature has increased 5C, room temp from 22.4C to 27.1C (not much cooler than Friday) and my measurements outside increased by over 4C as well.

At least humidity has gone down a lot though so the air feels fresher.

AccuWeather says 21C but I measured 26C. The predicted temps for the upcoming week have been increased by about 2C.

Left this morning to rain with a slight chill and spent the day in Canary Wharf, which was warm and humid with a return home that had a heat more akin to the Med.

I know it's a week away, but the upturn in temperatures currently forecast for next Monday (29th) are very unwelcome. Going away for honeymoon and I really, really don't want the heat.

I don't mind the heat too much, it's the humidity AND the heat the really takes it out of me.
