Use a 3.5 tog all year around personally!
In this kind of weather I'd likely have a duvet cover alone and spray it with water. I can't do that because this bloody reptile sleeping next to me "is the perfect temperature."
I have fallen back to the thinnest throw in the house and am sleeping under that sprayed with water. I'm not even allowed the fan on or else she'll "get cold." **** me.
Mental isn't it. As we lie naked next to them debating ripping our own skin off.
Slept on top of the covers last night. Even in winter with the window open we only have a 2.5T duvet.
Same here, but historically whenever a forecast comes predicting a cold front in summer, its wrong 95% of time, they usually forecast couple of days too early, or no cold front at all, hoping its right.
there is supposed to be clouds at the moment, and rain in about an hour, but still full blue sky.

Something odd about Brits.
Those who live in other countries that get heat, typically regularly use a/c or at least fans, someone I know who came to the country only this year said she is surprised barely anyone uses cooling. Instead everyone moans they cold at 20C, and seem to thrive at 30C+ even though these are temps that are accompanied with health warnings.

Working in sub stations today was pretty brutal, the heat given off from the transformers adding to the mix.

Starting to bubble up here.
This is the thing it has barely been a couple of days and it won't be long before it goes back to more mixed weather. Maybe another few days later in the year. Personally just gonna tough it out.
