I've yet to see Bourne fail at something, Bauer fails now and again but finds some way out of it after an hour or so.

As great as Jack is, he gets caught, captured, tortured and killed everytime he has a mission.

You don't see Bourne getting himself into that kind of trouble.

I'd have to say jason bourne because I can't remember jack bauer ever fighting 3 or 4 guys with his bare hands. In a fire fight the result would be different.

Obviously in terms of fighting technique, Bourne has Bauer beat. But in a last man standing, cage fight, Bauer is so unbelievably hard that Bourne wouldn't have a chance.

Just think about the fact that Bauer spent all of that time in a Chinese prison being victim to such brutal toture, and didn't speak once. In this type of match, Bauer has my vote.

Going against the grain here.... but its Bauer.

Bourne was programmed to kill, but the whole point of the films is he wants to stop doing it. Jack just kills for fun... and quite often!
