Its a mixture of various ones being mashed up aswell as my own modifications.

Springboard theme is Suave.
Lockscreen theme is my own
SMS is Suave
Phone is Adeline

About 20% winterboard.
The rest done replacing the original files in the iOS.

I need to do some work on my lockscreen - tweak the slider, clock and background but I'm pretty happy with the rest.

Theme is Glasklart
Lockinfo to enable Calendar, Notifications, Missed Calls and SMS on lockscreen.
Five icon dock to enable 5 docks icons

I couldn't see myself using those lock screens. Would prefer to just unlock the device

It's so much easier - it saves unlocking then opening the calendar or messages.
Do the most used tasks from the lock screen with one touch

SDK, so does FiveIconDock work with multitasking? Does the dock 'shelf' still rise when you double click the home button?

Go on cydia and get winterboard. Then go through cydia and your find themes. Open winterboard and your figure it out from there.
