Japanese Grand Prix 2010, Suzuka - Race 16/19

Anyone smacks the car in qualifying today is going to be in the poop. May not have enough time to rebuild it depending how badly the car is mangled.

Yup, was odd when they were asking the drivers in quali yesterday if they care about quali in the morning but they all said no worries. Which seems odd considering any problems and they are screwed.

Ferrari and McClaren's seem very slow, 1.5+ down each while the Red bull's came out hard. What are the chances of rain tomorrow, high? Did they come out with more downforce and potential rain setups?

Okay, they just went faster(hami and Alonso/Massa), seem way down on the Williams though.

What's the story with commentators giving out live data before it hits the tv screen? Very irritating. I knew that Vettel had taken pole in Q1 thanks to Leggard mentioning it about 4 secs before it happened.

Okay, so, jenson went out at the start on inters... he was just wheeled back into the garage, on inters.. did he do the whole of that session, on inters?

Lotus fastest newboys yet again. :D

I was just looking at the 3 teams new times, they may aswell pay 6 monkeys a few banana's each, in quali they tend to be right on top of each other, as in, the team mates do, all about 1/10th apart in the same team, around a second between the teams.

The difference in races has shown slightly but more often with who gets lucky with less car issues rather than experience/inexperience, in reality, those cars are slower than pretty much all those drivers can handle, with ease really.

Hamilton was ok, only 2/10ths down on Button, but 11th? Button was down, Williams out of nowhere(kinda, several poor races after a not bad start to the season) and Rosberg(same deal really), really quite easily spanking McClaren and Ferrari.

Really am starting to wonder if McClaren and Ferrari are either testing a wetter setup thinking theres a decent chance of rain tomorrow.

Hamilton I believe was out there in the dying minutes putting in laps and getting nowhere, though to be fair, with all the traffic around everyone was getting slowed down.
