Where are those stats from? I'm assuming numbers 1 and 2 are Schumacher and Vettel (although maybe not in that order)?

Di Resta-as I said they check the weight
Sauber-FIA have a template and because of manufacturing error on the radios. Again a normal check it was a factory fault
not a team trying to break or push the rules.

Honda was not banned for having a second tank they was banned for being under weight

As I said weight\fuel are normal checks but checking the ride height is not.
And the only time a team did get caught out on ride height in parc ferme was rb in Canada but nothing happened!

Kimi set 10 fastest laps in the 2008 Ferrari. He was very quick that year then he wasn't crashing in Sutil, having Hamilton take him out, or the Ferrari failing with broken exhausts and the like. Edit - just re-read the 2008 season. Ferrari really cost Kimi the title that year. IMO

Vettel doesn't even make the list for fastest laps in a single season. Webber is joint 8th with 7 fastest laps in a season (2011). Probably because out front on his own he doesn't always have to push 100%.

Schumacher's record seasons for fastest laps were all when he had competition for the title 94, 95, 2004

He also does not have the use of DRS in a lot of races.

The drivers above him have had their full careers in F1, he will probably get there at some point, he is on nearly every other leader board for most won, poles etc etc.

Not sure you can blame Ferrari, had Kimi not hit the wall after taking the lead at Spa things would have been different and they would not of had to back Massa. You said it yourself, crashing into Sutil is not Ferrari's fault

That's not true at all, BAR got banned because they had the ability to cheat, not because they got caught cheating. They could prove that at no time they ran under weight but that wasn't the agenda.

For some reason despite other teams doing the exact same thing, they singled out BAR...
