Japanese Grand Prix 2014, Suzuka - Race 15/19

Awww the dirty German has chucked himself out the pram cos his toys didn't work anymore. I might actually miss the whinging on the radio :D

Race set to stay at normal start time tomorrow, I feel they will massively regret that tomorrow..

Also stuffs the teams packing up for Sochi, who will now have to do it during a typhoon.

Isn't the normal start time roughly the time that it's going to hammer down? 8 inches of rain or something like that?

Could be an interesting race behind the safety car then.

Hamilton 0.032 down on Rosberg with a very much not perfect lap. If he puts in a close to perfect lap I can't see him not getting pole. He probably lost 2-3 tenths at the very least with that lock up.

Red Bull are just awful here, why are they all of a sudden 2 seconds down. Using older engines, though many guys are, maybe the Renault loses more power than others over it's lifespan or they are using parts of engines that were previously damaged and fixed and just don't have the power. Long corners, grip/downforce should be huge here and the Red Bulls are really poor.

It's what I keep saying though, the Mercedes isn't even close to all about the engine, that is a flat out brilliant car in every aspect, great engine, but great brake by wire system, great aero.

LoL US military have classed it as a super typhoon, and worse is 3 local time, which is start of race. If they don't start like 9am they are stupid.

Can they do half points if the entire race is behind safety car. I can't see anything but a **** up tomorrow.

Yep, but as a red flag or change of start time will completely mess up any recording I try I might have to get up to make sure I see it, even if it will be cars parked on the grid with the heavens open.

Hamilton cracking under pressure!!!!!!

Only messing, but if the rain is horrendous tomorrow I can't see there being a proper race so points to Rosberg tomorrow.
