Jeep SRT8 - Finally Got One Of My Fave Cars Ever -

Strange - I could see the pics on my phone, but can't on my laptop.

I really like these, but can't help feeling they're a bit overvalued for what they are. I looked at getting one a few years back, but supercharged range rovers and cayenne turbos were getting on for half the price and offered similar performance, with better interior and exterior styling. That said, the SRT8s seem to hold their value well, so overall they're probably a good buy if you're not bothered about cosmetics, or want something a bit different.

My dad had the 5.7 version for years and I really enjoyed driving it; I was expecting the SRT8 to be fairly similar, but the difference in power and cornering is very noticeable. Hope you enjoy it!

hahaha, yeah it came with them but while weather is crap I'd prefer those getting dirty than the factory carpet lol. Not sure they reckon in the teens, all comes down to how I drive it I suppose, but lets all be honest, it ain't gonna be over 20mpg lol EVER
 
Is that V8 badge on the back OEM? Looks odd and tacky, I'd definitely remove, along with the carpets.

You made the right decision to take that bonnet protector plate off, again, looks odd and tacky.

As for MPG, pffft, smile per miles! Have fun and give us a video of the noise.

I love my wind deflectors on my Focus, I’ll likely put them on every car I have in future. Can have the window open a little when it’s raining or when the car is parked up and no one notices.
 
V8 badge will be off as will the JEEP badge (it's deffo not OEM, feels like an ebay jobbie) all I'll have on this over the next week is the SRT8 badges which are really nice. The one on the rear will stay and one will go in the lower grille on the front, that's it, no JEEP badges anywhere!

Yeah I wasn't fussed on the chrome thing on the bonnet, no they never came with them, BUT as a bonus not a single stone chip on the bonnet so I can kind see where they were coming from. I'd have never put it on, and not sure it'l stay, will decide how I want this thing to look really... it's a little bling that front for me at the minute. That's all fluff though, it's the main car that's my priority. So, it's going up on some ramps today so I can check him over and make sure nothing at all. Always nice to have a good ole' prod and imspection.

The mats, while they look high quality are a bit of an acquired taste but what an amazing combination, I bet that would surprise a few things!
