Except that's not what she said. She said she did not have any reason to believe that he had been killed in a bid to silence him. That doesn't discount being killed by another inmate for other reasons.

I kinda got to agree here... There will be some people with a grudge who will just chuck a famous name into the list and, like #metoo and #believe there will be no real way to combat it... Once your name is out there, it gets the "no smoke without fire" idiocy attached to it regardless if the person is wholly innocent.

This isn't just one victim speaking out its many, so if multiple people finger the same person and the stories make sense with regards to known documents including manifests etc.......

There will never be any trials. Statute of limitations passed years ago. I doubt they could even sue for the same reason. Putting out a list might be the only thing they can do.
