So I decided to up the weight over my 70% and go for all sets at 70Kg. Was tough but rewarding!

3 x Clean + Jerk (70Kg)
6 x Strict toes to bar
9 x Over bar Burpees.
So this was the first workout I completed at the athlete level. Really enjoyed it and the strict toes to bar were hell on the abs. Completed 4 rounds 7 reps.

This workout was good. It exposed how bad my chest to bars are and I need to improve them. But I finished in 12:46 and happy with the time, my upper body has taken a beating and I'm intending on taking 2 days off to recover and stretch.
