Job

Retail Service Acceptance Lead

Company

Specsavers

Day to day

Attending project meetings to discuss the different projects that I am involved in and writing reports.

Overall Job

Performing Non-Functional testing on any new software / updates going to the stores and training the Retail IT Service Desk on how to support the software.

Perks

Private Health Care, Private Dental Care, Pension, bonuses on a quarterly basis plus a yearly profit share.

Opportunities in Specsavers are huge so I can see myself staying here for the long run!

Downsides

The only downside to this job is it's location as it's about 26 miles from where I live so it does take a fair while to get there!

Education?

National Diploma in Software Development and Higher National Diploma in ICT Systems Support.

I love it!
